DAY 01 - 02: Flight from San Juan to Miami/Los Angeles (USA) and from Los Angeles to Sydney.
DAY 03: ARRIVE SYDNEY: On arrival in Sydney, Australia’s largest city, you will be met by an Adventure Company representative and transferred to your hotel. ACCOMMODATION: Y ON THE PARK
DAY 04: SYDNEY: This morning you will be met at your hotel for a full day exploring of the city of Sydney and the southern beaches. Starting with a tour of the Sydney Opera House and followed by a Sydney Harbour highlights cruise. Enjoy lunch at Darling Harbour. This afternoon visit the Sydney Aquarium and Bondi Beach. Dinner in the hotel. ACCOMMODATION: Y ON THE PARK
DAY 05: SYDNEY / CANBERRA: After breakfast your guide will meet you and departing the city, we set off for Canberra, Australia’s capital city. On arrival view the spectacular billion dollar new Parliament house from outside and within. A drive around Canberra will take in the sights including the Prime Minister’s residence, the National Library, the High Court, a tour of the embassies and diplomatic residences and of course, Lake Burley Griffin and the mighty Captain Cook fountain. Enjoy a BBQ lunch today on a working sheep station with a working dog demonstration and sheep shearing. This afternoon will include a visit to the Australian War Memorial and the Australian National Gallery. Dinner at the hotel. ACCOMMMODATION: HERITAGE VILLAGE

DAY 06: CANBERRA / TUGALONG FARM: This morning visit Questacon the National Science and Technology Centre before departing for Tugalong Station. This 5,340 acre wilderness and horseback farm offers a real Australian country experience. Activities include horse riding, bushwalks, tennis, swimming, canoeing, 4WD wildlife tours and a night wildlife safari. ACCOMMODATION: TUGALONG STATION
DAY 07: TUGLALONG / SYDNEY: Spend today exploring the farm and enjoying the activities at Tugalong. After lunch, transfer back to Sydney arriving in the late afternoon. Tonight dinner is at Sydney’s Hard Rock Café.

DAY 08: SYDNEY / ULURU (AYERS ROCK): After breakfast, depart the hotel for a transfer to the Domestic Airport. FLIGHT: SYD / AYQ (* Lunch inflight). On arrival we set out to explore the wonder of Kata Tjuta (Olgas) and hike the Valley of the Winds. We return to enjoy refreshments whilst we watch the desert sun set over Uluru (Ayers Rock). After a hearty dinner at our campsite, take the opportunity to view the brilliance of the outback sky then curl up for the night in our tents or, if you prefer, under the millions of stars in an authentic Aussie bedroll. ACCOMMODATION: CAMPING
DAY 09: ULURU / KINGS CANYON: An early start is required for one of the highlights of the tour - the Uluru (Ayers Rock) sunrise. The challenge of the optional Uluru climb is rewarded with an incredible view of the rock and the changing light on the desert. This spectacular experience is followed by a base tour, exploring its mysterious rock formations & Aboriginal art sites. A visit to the Cultural Centre offers the chance to view and purchase Aboriginal arts and crafts. After lunch at Yulara, we depart for Kings Canyon for our over night camp and delicious camp oven cooking. ACCOMMODATION: CAMPING
DAY 10: KINGS CANYON / ALICE SPRINGS: Climb and explore Kings Canyon and view the 'Amphitheatre', 'The Lost City', the picturesque 'Garden of Eden' and the breathtaking North and South Walls. We then take time to relax and refresh in the cooling waterhole (summer only). After lunch we depart for the famous out back town of Alice Springs. ACCOMMODATION: QUAD SHARE ROOM.
DAY 11: ALICE SPRINGS / RENNER SPRINGS: Firstly this morning we visit the Alice Springs Reptile Center before hitting the road north. Our first stop is at the Tropic of Capricorn before heading to the Devils Marbles to explore these mysterious formations where we take in some lunch. After passing through Tennant Creek we travel on to Renner Springs, for our overnight camp. This is a long day of driving but it allows more time in the rest of your itinerary ACCOMMODATION: CAMPING.
DAY 12: RENNER SPRINGS / MATARANKA: Heading further north this morning our first stop is the ghost town of Newcastle Waters before heading to the famous Daley Waters pub for our lunch. Spend a relaxing afternoon in the crystal clear thermal springs of Mataranka before heading to the magnificent Katherine Gorge where we camp overnight. ACCOMMODATION: CAMPING
DAY 13: MATARANKA / KAKADU: Spend half a day canoeing or cruising the spectacular Katherine Gorge. After lunch we head into the world-famous Kakadu National park. Overnight camp at Jabiru. ACCOMMODATION: CAMPING.
DAY 14: KAKADU NATIONAL PARK: Begin the day by visiting the Aboriginal art sites of Nourlangie Rock and the Warradjan Cultural Centre. After lunch we journey onto Ubirr, an area rich in Aboriginal history with spectacular views of the surrounding floodplains. Overnight camp in Jabiru. ACCOMMODATION: CAMPING
DAY 15: KAKADU / DARWIN: We head to Bowali Visitor Centre first in the morning before journeying onto the top ends best-kept secret Litchfield National Park. Here we spend the day enjoying Florence falls, Wangi falls, Tolmer falls and view the grand Magnetic Termite mounds. We then head into Darwin.

DAY 16: DARWIN / CAIRNS: Depending on your flight time, you have a vehicle go where you wish today. If your flight is not not till late afternoon, we can spend this day at the Territory Wildlife Park or touring the city of Darwin. Transfer to the airport.

On arrival you will be met by an Adventure company representative and transferred to your hotel. Tonight a welcome to the tropics dinner to be held at Charlie’s Seafood Restaurant for a seafood buffet. ACCOMMODATION: CAIRNS QUEENSLANDER APARTMENTS
DAY 17: CAIRNS: After breakfast, depart for the Mulgrave River. Discover the tropical rainforest in two person canoes. Your guides give detailed instruction on safety and paddling techniques. Cruise through pristine forest with towering strangler figs, jungle vines, rare ferns and look for the variety of wildlife that makes it’s home by the shores of the river. A few small rapids add to the excitement of the day. Tonight’s dinner is on the Esplanade. afterwards time is allowed for visiting the night markets before returning to the hotel. DAY 18: CAIRNS / TABLELANDS - CYCLING: Travel up the Goldsborough Valley to the Atherton Tablelands approximately an hour from Cairns. After an introduction to the region and a briefing on biking and safety procedures, we bike through local villages on both sealed and gravel roads. Passing through rainforest our route takes us by the crater of Lake Eacham, Yungaburra historic village, Malanda Falls and other interesting places. We overnight at Chambers Rainforest Lodge where each night wild pademelons (small kangaroos) are fed on the front lawn. ACCOMMODATION: CHAMBERS RAINFOREST LODGE
DAY 19: MOUNTAIN BIKES / RAINFOREST: An early rise provides an opportunity to view the unique and elusive duck-billed platypus in the nearby creek. After a hearty breakfast we bike rainforest trails in the tropical Danbulla State Forest. Explore Wright’s Creek Falls and Lake Tinnaroo. Visit Lake Barrine, a water filled crater of an extinct volcano. Riding time for day 2 is approximately 5-6 hours of gradual terrain. A support vehicle is in attendance wherever the trails permit entry. Late afternoon return to your accommodation. ACCOMMODATION: CHAMBERS RAINFOREST LODGE.
DAY 20: BARTLE FRERE - HIKING: Spend the day trekking along ancient Aboriginal rainforest trails. Swim in crystal clear mountain streams and explore the rainforest before reaching camp for the night, at the top of a 50-meter waterfall. After a hot meal and discussing the days events, snuggle into your sleeping bag and waterproof hammock for a good night’s sleep under a canopy of stars and suspended over a luminous mushroom plateau, in the middle of an ancient rainforest wilderness. DAY 21: BARTLE FRERE - HIKING: Experience the joy of waking up to a myriad of bird sounds in the wilderness. After breakfast and a relaxed start to the day, set off to explore one of the last unspoiled rainforest areas left on earth. Returning by a different route, we cross mountain streams and pass magnificent waterfalls in the shadow of Mt Bartle Frere. At lunch, swim and relax at the Upper Chucka Lunga crossing, leaving in time to walk out and return to Cairns. ACCOMMODATION: CAIRNS QUEENSLANDER APARTMENTS.
DAY 22: MISSION BEACH TO KURRAMINE - SEA KAYAKING: Drive south along the coastal plain to Mission Beach. At the beach your guide will explain paddling techniques and safety procedures. The kayaks are then launched for the first leg of the trip, travelling north along the coast, crossing King Reef. Sea Eagles and Nankeen Kestrels ride the thermals overhead, whilst below the sea surface the waters team with life. Today there is time to swim, snorkel, relax or explore neighbouring islands with it’s astounding rock formations formed by thousands of years of water and wind activity. DAY 23: SEA KAYAKING: After a hearty breakfast and perhaps a morning swim, we break camp and paddle past the Northern Barnard group of islands. Dolphins and turtles inhabit these waters and we may be lucky enough to see them both. We will lunch on the white sands of a tropical island with ample time to SNORKEL over color full coral formations and numerous tropical fish. This afternoon we paddle to our pull out point where our bus will be waiting to take us back to Cairns. ACCOMMODATION: CAIRNS QUEENSLANDER APARTMENTS
DAY 24: CAIRNS – GREAT BARRIER REEF: Today discover the magic of Paradise Reef onboard the sailing catamaran, Passions of Paradise. Unspoilt coral and abundant marine life and a friendly crew ensure a wonderful day on the Great Barrier Reef. Farewell party at a local restaurant. ACCOMMODATION: CAIRNS QUEENSLANDER APARTMENTS
DAY 25: DEPART CAIRNS to Los Angeles/Miami/San Juan or other destinations.
